Johns joins F&M Trust as Loan Servicing Manager

(Chambersburg, PA) Officials at F&M Trust Company announced that Pamela Johns has joined the bank as Assistant Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager at the bank’s headquarters in downtown Chambersburg.
Johns brings over 20 years of banking experience to F&M Trust. Starting her banking career as a teller, she has worked in a variety of departments and areas of the bank including customer service, trust operations, network administration, deposit operations, data operations, facilities, and security. Most recently she was vice president and operations manager of Graystone Tower Bank. At F&M Trust, Johns will be responsible for managing the Loan Servicing department, ensuring the prompt and accurate booking and servicing of approved loans. In addition, she oversees the recording of loan payments, preparation of monthly billings and tax reporting, and servicing of the secondary market mortgage portfolio.
Johns graduated from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Advanced School of Banking held at Bucknell University. She is active in a number of community organizations including the Fannettsburg Fest committee. A member of the Metal Township Fire Company #21, she serves on the Ways and Means Committee and is treasurer for the Fireman’s Relief Fund. Johns is a long-time volunteer for the United Way having served on the Board of Directors, a member of the Mercersburg Area Community Chorus, and serves as treasurer and council member for the Spring Run United Methodist Church. A Waynesboro Area High School graduate, she lives in Fannettsburg with her husband, Leon.
