Lisa Cesa

Greencastle Office Manager

(GREENCASTLE) Lisa A. Cesa has joined F&M Trust as financial services officer and community officer manager for the bank’s Greencastle Community Office.

Cesa brings over 17 years of banking experience to F&M Trust. She began her career at the former Farmers and Merchants Bank and Trust in Hagerstown as a customer service representative. She was a lead consumer loan processor and assistant branch manager before becoming a branch manager at Susquehanna Bank. At F&M Trust, she will be responsible for consumer and mortgage lending, business development, deposit services, and serving customer’s financial needs with a variety of services not solely limited to loan and deposit products. 

Cesa received an associate’s degree in retail management from Hagerstown Community College and has completed various business courses while attending Shepherd College. A native of Clear Spring and resident of Hagerstown, Cesa was previously active promoting financial literacy in Washington County schools, at the Washington County Family Center, and  N.O.R.M.A.L, Inc., a community outreach program that utilizes the principles of martial arts to youth, their families, and community.
