Dusinberre joins F&M Trust with 3 years of banking experience having previously worked as a teller.  At F&M Trust, Dusinberre will be participating in an extensive training program that will focus on retail banking services including consumer lending and retail management, commercial services, investment and trust, risk management and marketing as well as a general overview of the bank’s service and support areas.

A graduate of Gettysburg College, Dusinberre earned a bachelors degree in globalization studies with a concentration on marketing and Western Europe.  She also attended the University of Lancaster in Lancaster, England through a study abroad program at Gettysburg. Dusinberre served as financial vice president of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, treasurer of CHEERS (Communicating a Healthy Environment by Educating Responsible Students), and was a member of the Global Leaders of Gettysburg College. A native of Cumberland County, she currently resides in Carlisle.
