(Greencastle, PA) Officials at F&M Trust announced that Tracy D. Burger has joined the bank as an assistant financial services officer and assistant community office manager at the Greencastle Office, 518 North Antrim Way.

Burger brings more than 18 years experience in the banking industry to her position at F&M Trust, where she will be responsible for meeting the needs of consumers and businesses with the appropriate banking solutions to manage and grow their money.  In addition, she will build, enhance, and expand customer relationships through deposit services and lending in the Greencastle area.  She began her banking career at Chambersburg Trust Company as a teller, and later joined the First National Bank of Greencastle where she held a variety of roles including customer service representative, business development manager, and business development officer.  Burger most recently worked at Tower Bank on Maugans Avenue in Hagerstown, Maryland as a manager.

A graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and Franklin County Career & Technical Center, Burger has been active in the Exchange Club of Greencastle as a past president, and is on the board of the Allison-Antrim Museum.  She has completed Leadership Washington County and the Dale Carnegie program for public speaking. Burger resides in Greencastle with her husband, Mike.
