Trish Hanks (left), Vice President at F&M Trust, presents a check for $5000 to the Council of the Arts to sponsor the Arts Express Program to Sarah Wilson, Program Director, and Bob Fike, Board President. The Arts Express program offers art classes for students in grades K-5.  Held at the Woods Center of the Capitol Theatre in the fall and spring as well as at various locations in the summer, the classes are free to students.
