F&M Trust will add banking services with Camp Hill location renovation

 

 

(CAMP HILL) Officials at F&M Trust Company announced plans to renovate the existing building at 3907 Market Street in Camp Hill to serve business and retail banking customers. Currently the location only services clients of the bank’s Investment & Trust Services Department, which will continue to be offered at the Camp Hill location.

The bank received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to open a full-service financial services facility in Hampden Township when it acquired the facility following the purchase of the former Community Financial Inc. and its subsidiary, Community Trust Company, in 2008. The renovation project is slated to begin in January with a July completion. Architect for the project is Cianfichi Scholl Ludwig Architects, LLC of Carlisle; R.S. Mowery & Sons, Mechanicsburg, will serve as general contractor. 

 The renovation of the existing building will add 1,450 square feet of office space for traditional retail banking, small business, commercial and mortgage services. The project will include the addition of a bank lobby, customer service offices, conference room, and vault, as well as drive-up teller and drive through ATM service. In addition, improvements will be made to the trust services offices and support areas of the Investment & Trust Services department.
