| Rouzer joins F&M Trust as Management Trainee in Fulton County 
Melissa A. Rouzer
(McConnellsburg, PA) Melissa A. Rouzer recently joined F&M Trust as a management trainee in the bank’s Fulton County market.
Rouzer joins F&M Trust with four years of banking experience. She began her banking career at First National Bank of Mercersburg as a teller. Most recently, she served as an assistant branch manager at offices in Chambersburg and Mercersburg. At F&M Trust, Rouzer will be participating in an extensive training program that will focus on retail banking services, consumer lending, and retail management, as well as a general overview of the bank’s service and support areas.
A graduate of McConnellsburg High School, Rouzer earned an associates degree in business management from Allegany College of Maryland through classes at their Bedford County Campus in Everett, PA.
