Clark, Herrold promoted at F&M Trust

(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) Officials at F&M Trust Company announced the following promotions: Matthew C. Clark, Assistant Vice President – Assistant Technology Services Officer; and Amy B. Herrold, Controller.
 
 Joining F&M Trust in 1998, Clark’s duties include technology support, network administration and management reporting. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business information systems. A graduate of Leadership Franklin County, Clark is Microsoft certified as a systems engineer (MCSE), systems administrator (MCSA), and desktop support technician. In addition, he is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has completed his Network+ (NSSP) certification. Clark lives in the Chambersburg area. 

           Herrold joined F&M Trust in 1989 and has worked as a teller, staff accountant, and most recently assistant controller. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilson College. Herrold graduated with honors from the Central Atlantic School of Banking conducted by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) at Dickinson University, as well as the PBA Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University. 

         Herrold is responsible for preparing and reviewing internal and external financial reports, assisting the bank’s chief financial officer and management team with budgeting and audit relations and managing the daily functions of the accounting department. She is a native of Chambersburg, where she lives with her husband Brad, and three children, Shelby, Danielle and Jessica. A graduate of Leadership Franklin County, Herrold is an active member of Fetterhoff Chapel United Methodist Church, Chambersburg and is active with Friends of Legal Services.
