Matt Swanger PHR
(Chambersburg, PA) Matthew Swanger, human resource specialist at F&M Trust, recently earned his certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the Human Resource Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management in Alexandria, VA.
