Phil has over eight years of commercial banking experience, beginning his career as a credit analyst. As Commercial Services Relationship Manager, he provides commercial and business borrowing solutions as he develops customer relations and manages a commercial loan portfolio.  

A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a bachelor’s degree in business with concentrations in both financial and managerial accounting, Phil earned his MBA graduating with honors from Shippensburg University.  He is an Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) Certified Commercial Loan Officer, and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) School of Commercial Lending.

Phil also holds board positions on the American Heart Association and Chambersburg Chamber Foundation, where he serves as vice president.
