Warren currently serves as Senior Portfolio Manager for F&M Trust Company.  He is head of the investment committee and his responsibilities include the formulation and implementation of investment policy and strategy.  He has over 12 years of investment management experience and is also responsible for portfolio construction and maintenance for individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations.

Warren has a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State university.  He has also passed the Series 7 and 66 NASD securities licensing exams.

An active volunteer in the community, he currently serves as treasurer and board member of The Children's Aid Society of Franklin County and the Chambersburg Arts Council.
