Commerical Real Estate Loans

These long term loans, available up to 20 years, are used to fund up to 80% of commercial properties current market value.

Lines of Credit

Used to finance an increase in a business's current assets due to seasonal increase in sales volume. Lines are typically extended for 12 months.

Term Loans

Available with fixed or variable interest rate, term loans are used to finance the purchase of fixed assets other than real estate. They can be short-term loans used to support an increase in a company's current assets caused by specific circumstances including purchases of additional inventory or the need to finance an unusually high volume of accounts receivable. Or when a business's cash disbursements exceed its ability to generate cash internally, the loan can be repaid from cash flow up to five year maturities.

Leasing

Extended as stand-by financing for purposes of generally related to bonding for contract completion or inventory purchase.
