Day joins F&M Trust as Commercial Credit Recovery Officer
(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) Officials at F&M Trust announced that Robert K. Day has joined the bank as Commercial Credit Recovery Officer.
Day has over thirty-five years of banking experience. His broad background in the industry includes positions in commercial lending, business banking, credit risk management, retail market management, and small business lending. He previously was the executive vice president and chief lending officer at Integrity Bank, prior to joining a Harrisburg area property management company where he was chief operating officer in the hospitality industry. At F&M Trust, Day will be responsible for ensuring policy and procedures are maintained to monitor and control credit, operational, and compliance risk, as well as making recommendations to reduce risk exposure and ensure the quality of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
A graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University, Day has completed various banking courses offered by the American Bankers Association (ABA), Robert Morris Associates (RMA), and Bank Administration Institute (BAI). A native and resident of Harrisburg, Day has previously been involved in various community organizations and committees.
