Dubbs joins F&M Trust as risk management specialist
(Chambersburg) Alice A. Dubbs recently joined F&M Trust as risk management specialist.
Dubbs brings more than 31 years of banking experience at a Shippensburg-based financial institution. She began her banking career as a teller, and served as bookkeeper, executive secretary to the bank president, and loan processing supervisor. Most recently, she was assistant vice president – loan operations officer where she had oversight of the loan processing department including loan documentation, loan administration and support, as well as escrow analysis. In her position at F&M Trust, her duties include creating risk management reports, conducting research, supporting stress test monitoring, documentation management, supporting commercial loan workouts, and other duties to ensure risk management and regulatory compliance.
A native and resident of Orrstown, Dubbs is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) School of Banking. She has completed various banking courses offered through the American Institute for Banking (AIB) and PBA. Dubbs is an active volunteer and participant in various community organizations and events including the American Cancer Society, Salvation Army and her church.
