F&M Trust event benefits Project SHARE
(Carlisle, PA) Over 300 food items were collected at F&M Trust’s Shred & Share event held at the bank’s Carlisle Crossing Office, 214A Westminster Drive, located in the Target shopping center last Saturday.
An estimated 100 individuals contributed food items andmoney to benefit Project SHARE. For their donations, participants were able to take advantage offree shredding offered byF&M Trust through Shredding Solutions.
The items collected will be used to provide food baskets for local families in need this fall. Project SHARE is an interfaith, non-profit cooperative effort created to meet the needs of the hungry by providing supplementary food on a monthly basis. The organization provides food, clothing, nutrition education and links to other community resources to empower people in need within the Greater Carlisle Area.
