Kaiser named St Thomas Community Office Manager at F&M Trust

Dana KaiserKaiser joined F&M Trust in 1998 and has over 13 years of banking experience. 

She has served as a teller, head teller, assistant financial services officer, and most recently as financial services officer and assistant community office manager at the bank’s Memorial Square Office. In her new position she will be responsible for actively contributing to the efforts to grow retail loans, deposits and non-interest income in her designated market area; fostering the bank’s relationship management culture; and achieving established sales and customer service goals. Kaiser will also be responsible for growing small business loans in the St. Thomas market.

A graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School, Kaiser has completed a variety of courses offered through the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) and American Bankers Association (ABA). She is a graduate of the School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA). She is involved in a number of community activities including Exchange Club of Chambersburg and Greencastle Midget Football Association. A native of Greencastle, Kaiser currently resides in Hagerstown.
