Otto Joins F&M Trust’s Investment & Trust Services Department

Andrew M. Otto has joined the F&M Trust’s Investment & Trust Services
Department as Investment & Trust Services Relationship Manager.
Otto has five years of
experience in banking, trust and investment services.Most recently he was relationship banker and
financial specialist at M&T Bank. At F&M Trust, Otto will be
responsible for providing trust, administration, investment, as well as estate
and retirement services to clients of the bank’s Investment & Trust
Services department. His office will be located in the bank’s Camp Hill Office,
and he will also meet with clients and prospects at their home or place of
business.
A magna cum laude
graduate of Messiah College, Otto earned his master’s degree in secondary
education from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds his FINRA Series 6, 7,
and 63 licenses, as well as licensing for insurance in Pennsylvania.In addition, he has completed training
modules offered through the Certified Financial Planner (CFPâ) Board
of Standards.
A resident of Etters, Otto serves on the Allocations Panel of the United Way of York County. In addition, he is actively involved in community service serving on multiple homelessness initiatives in the city of Harrisburg. Otto is eager to join the capitol area business community.
