Shank joins F&M Trust as assistant documentation review officer
(Chambersburg) Matthew R. Shank recently joined
F&M Trust as assistant documentation review officer.
Shank brings four years of banking experience,
having begun his banking career in 2007 as a loan specialist at Susquehanna
Bank. In his position at F&M Trust, he will be responsible for reviewing commercial
services documents, as well as managing documentation, servicing and collateral
for commercial real estate and other business loans to ensure regulatory
compliance.
A graduate of Smithburg High School, Shank earned an associate
degree in business at Hagerstown Community College and a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from Frostburg State University. A native of Smithsburg
and resident of Williamsport, MD, Shank has served as a volunteer and
participant in various community organizations and events including Convoy of
Hope and Mudd Volleyball – which supports the community free clinic, as well as
he regularly volunteers at his local church.
