Three promoted to Assistant VPs at F&M Trust
(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) - Officials at F&M Trust announced that
three bank officers were promoted to Assistant Vice President – Mary Cordell,
Lynn Waite, and Lindsay Reisinger.
Cordell, a commercial services relationship manager, has more than
22 years of banking experience including commercial, small business, and retail
banking. Her banking career began as a senior credit analyst, followed by
community banking manager prior to joining F&M Trust in 2007. In her
current role, she is responsible for actively pursuing new lending
opportunities as well as developing commercial banking relationships with new
and existing businesses in the Southern Franklin County area.
Cordell has completed various banking and financial service
courses such as commercial lending EXL through the Pennsylvania Bankers
Association (PBA).An active member of
the Greencastle Exchange Club, Greencastle-Antrim Area Development Corporation,
Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce and Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce,
Cordell previously served as a board member for the Chambersburg Downtown
Business Council. She resides in the Greencastle area with her husband and
daughter.
Waite joined the bank in 2007 as a Small Business Relationship
Manager for the Southern Franklin County market and has more than 15 years of
business banking experience.She is
responsible for business development in Southern Franklin County specifically
Waynesboro, Greencastle, Mont Alto, and Marion, as well as assisting customers
with their small business borrowing needs and a variety of specialized services
offered by F&M Trust.
A graduate of McConnellsburg High School, Waite has also completed
the Analyzing Financial Statement training program, Principles of Banking, and
Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending.She participates in community activities including serving as
secretary/treasurer for the Fulton County Chapter of the Franklin County
Builders Association.
Reisinger, the bank’s small business relationship manager for
Cumberland County, started her business banking career in 2004 and joined
F&M Trust in 2009.In her current
position, she is responsible for business development in Cumberland County
specifically Camp Hill, Carlisle and Shippensburg. She will assist customers
with their small business borrowing needs as well as a variety of specialized
services offered by F&M Trust.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Media, Communications and Technology, Reisinger also
graduated from the Robert Morris Associates (RMA) Commercial Lending School in
Philadelphia. She is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Cumberland County and active
in the community as a member of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce membership
committee and Carlisle Young Professionals. She serves on the Light the Night
Walk executive committee of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and is a youth
leader at her church, Living Water Community Church. Reisinger currently is a
board member of the UCP of Central PA serving on the community relations
committee and chair of 2013 Magic Night. She resides in Camp Hill.
