Two promoted to Assistant VPs at F&M Trust


(CHAMBERSBURG,
PA)Officials at F&M Trust announced
that Avis M. Graham and Roderick C. Salter were promoted to Assistant Vice
President – Investment & Trust Services.
Graham joined F&M Trust in 1998, and served as the Personal
Investment Center administrative assistant before becoming a personal
investment counselor in 2004. She is responsible for providing personal
financial planning, investment and trust services, as well as assisting
customers with investments that may include a variety of products.
A registered representative of INVEST Financial Corporation, memberFINRA/SIPC, Graham holds a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner)
certification by meeting education, examination,
experience and ethics requirements established by the Certified Financial
Planner Board of Standards Inc. She also is a Registered Financial Consultant
(RFC) and a Chartered Advisor for Senior
Living (CASL) – a professional credential for professionals serving the unique
needs of senior clients. She lives in the Chambersburg area with her husband Kurt and has
volunteered for numerous community projects including Menno Haven’s Country Day
and Franklin County Fall Farm Fun Fest.
Salter joined the bank in 2008 and serves as a Personal Investment
Counselor for the Southern Franklin County Market. He is responsible for
providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment, trust and
insurance services to customers primarily in the Greencastle, Marion, Mont Alto
and Waynesboro areas.His duties include
assisting customers with with investments that may include a variety of
products.
A graduate of York College with a Bachelor of Science in
Engineering Management, Salter is a registered representative of INVEST Financial Corporation, member FINRA/SIPC.He earned a Financial Services
Specialist (FSS) designation from the National Association of Insurance and
Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and holds Securities Registration, Series 6, 7, 63
and 65 registrations, as well as Life, Accident and Health Insurance License
for Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. A past President of the
Cumberland Valley Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Financial
Advisors, Salter also previously served as President of the South Central PA
Estate Planning Council and as a board member of CROSS (Christian Residential
Opportunities and Social Services). He resides in Chambersburg with his wife
Tammy and two children.
