F&M Trust announces three new hires

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa – F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:

Don ChlebowskiDon Chlebowski has been hired as F&M Trust’s Business Development Officer.

He previously worked as the Senior Lending Officer at AgChoice Farm Credit. Prior to that, Chlebowski worked as Vice President, Small Business Specialist Team Leader at BB&T.

In his new position at F&M Trust, Chlebowski is responsible for identifying and developing new banking relationships to help ensure banking relationships are fully developed and include products and services from Commercial Services, Investment & Trust Services and Retail Services as customer needs are identified. He is also responsible for partnering with market leadership to develop sales strategies, among other duties.

Chlebowski is a graduate of the Bucknell Banking School and the University of Colorado Advanced School of Banking.

Active in his community, Chlebowski volunteers for the Exchange Club, the Greencastle-Antrim Education Foundation and the Greencastle-Antrim Midget Football Association.

The Antrim Township resident is based in F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters.


Betsy YumluF&M Trust has hired Betsy Yumlu as Treasury Relationship Manager.

She previously worked as Market Leader, Vice President at BB&T.

In her new position, Yumlu is responsible for contributing to the efforts to grow treasury management services, commercial loans and noninterest income, achieving established sales and customer service goals and demonstrating a commitment to community involvement, among other duties.

Active in her community, Yumlu serves on the board of directors for both the GreencastleAntrim Chamber of Commerce and the Allison Antrim Museum in Greencastle.

She is based in F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters.



Ben MusserF&M Trust has hired Ben Musser as Assistant Technology Services Manager.

Musser previously served as System Administrator/Desktop Support at Candoris Technologies.

In his new position, he is responsible for managing all aspects of the bank’s Technology Services Department and ensuring information technology activities are secure, stable and compliant, among other duties.

The Western Governors University graduate also coaches Hagerstown Bulldogs Youth Hockey.

The Chambersburg resident is based in F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters.
