F&M Trust announces new hires, promotions - April 2024

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.

Kristen Duppstadt has been hired as Mortgage Market Manager for the Greater Capital Region.

Duppstadt will be responsible for business development activities to support the sales lending team, and for the hiring, coaching, and development of the bank’s mortgage originators in the Greater Capital Region.

Duppstadt previously was a retail mortgage sales support manager for S&T Bank.

The Enola resident has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and United Way.

Duppstadt is based at F&M Trust’s Camp Hill Mortgage Center.

Katie Rittel has been hired as Senior Mortgage Loan Officer.

Rittel will develop and manage a mortgage portfolio and pursue new mortgage opportunities from current and prospective customers, home builders, and real estate agents in the Greater Capital Region.

Rittel previously was a mortgage banker for S&T Bank.

The Camp Hill resident has volunteered for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and The Salvation Army.

Rittel is based at F&M Trust’s Camp Hill Mortgage Center.

 

Madison Knepper has been hired as Deposit Operations Workflow Administrator.

Knepper will work closely with the Deposit Operations Managers to assist with account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing workflow design, adjustments, and process improvements, and to ensure systems are working efficiently and are properly updated.

Knepper previously was a customer engagement specialist at IMI.

The Fayetteville resident is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Eric Mummau has been hired as Credit Analyst.

Mummau will complete analyses and provide credit-related information regarding commercial credits that are consistent with the bank’s prescribed loan policy and will ensure those analyses accurately reflect the risks associated with the credits.

Mummau previously was a contract underwriter for Ephrata National Bank.

The Harrisburg resident is based at F&M Trust’s regional headquarters in Harrisburg.

 

Brittni Pereschuk has been hired as Loan Servicing Construction Specialist.

Pereschuk will track and monitor construction projects within the bank’s commercial segment; ensure the receipt of insurance, permits, and other information related to projects; and ensure the bank is in compliance with loan closing requirements.

Pereschuk previously was a mortgage originator for Capital First Mortgage.

The Greencastle resident is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Gaby Perez Torres has been hired as Data Operations Specialist.

Perez Torres will perform a variety of duties to support the data operations functions, including assisting internal and external customers with telephone and internet banking inquiries, debit card inquiries and ACH inquiries, and fraud processing and reporting.

Perez Torres previously was a contact center agent for Patriot Federal Credit Union.

The Hagerstown, Maryland resident has volunteered for United Way, Relay for Life, and Girls on the Run.

 

Sami Attrill has been promoted to Treasury Support Specialist.

 

Alicia Beecher has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

 

Shannon Fisher has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Greencastle Community Office.

 

Eric Follin has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

 

Ashlee Kephart has been promoted to Financial Services Representative III for the Greencastle Community Office.

 

Melissa Miller has been promoted to Vice President.

 

Jordan Peffer has been promoted to Vice President.
