F&M Trust offers a number of lines of credit to meet your borrowing needs as they arise. Lines of credit allow you to apply once and then you can borrow just the amount of money that you need up to a specified limit, any time, for any reason. You pay interest only on the amount that you borrow. For the appropriate borrowing solutions to your individual needs, you can choose from the following lines of credit:

Home Equity Line of Credit

F&M Trust's Home Equity Line of Credit is a preferred line of credit that allows you to borrow money against the equity in your home. In addition, Home Equity Line of Credit features:

No annual fee
May offer tax advantages - interest paid is generally tax deductible on your federal tax return; please check with your tax advisor
Home Equity Line of Credit checks at no charge
Line amounts from $5000 to $100,000
Variable interest rate indexed to Prime
Can serve as Overdraft Protection
Accessibility by check, transferring money to your checking account using the Freedom Access Center or online banking, or through your checking account through your Freedom Card.
Rate discounts to Relationship Checking Account customers

Personal Line of Credit

With F&M Trust's Personal Line of Credit you may never have to apply for a small loan again. Anytime you need money, just write yourself a loan by using your Personal Line of Credit checks. This account also offers:

No annual fee
Personal Line of Credit checks at no charge
Line amounts from $2500 to $25,000
Accessibility by check, transferring money to your checking account using the Freedom Access Center or online banking, or through your checking account through your Freedom Card
Can serve as Overdraft Protection
Rate discounts to Relationship Checking Account customers

Credit Cards

F&M Trust offers MasterCard and VISA credit cards through an arrangement with TCMBank. Applications are available at the nearest F&M Trust community office.
